Unit arrived FAST ! Unit works as described HOWEVER it was NOT shutting off after the described 10 second delay. I thought I maybe doing something wrong so I did even more research than I did before buying it. It was THEN that I found this buried in past reviews.....((there is no on / off button for this device, it takes power from the cigarette plug, so for most car, when the engine is on, cigarette plug will give power and the device will be turn on automatically and vice versa. Please note though, some car gives power from the cigartte plug regardless, if that happens, there is a diconnecting point on the cable, close to the device, from there it can be disconnected. That is also, if you have more than one power cables, you could also share same device without removing all the well hidden cables.
As for the audio, it's set from menu, you could have it turn on and it'll automatically on until you set it off from the menu.

THE INFORMATION REGARDING IT MAY NOT SHUT OFF AUTOMATICALLY IS NOT DISCLOSED ANYWHERE ! I I bought this unit based on what the manufacturer said it would do. NOW I have to screw around and plug/unplug it in. Leaving this information out is nothing but a clear sign of deception to the consumer! Must make for better sales huh?
